Olga Shapkina holds a Master’s in Banking and Finance from LSF Luxembourg and brings 15 years of diverse business experience. Over the years, she has operated a children’s clothing store in Luxembourg, managed an online shop for organic food products, and worked as a real estate agent since 2020. In 2022, she launched the real estate agency cleesestate.com, and in 2023, she founded the real estate investment company Be Dose Alma.

In 2025 she decides to go to a healthtech business and becomes a founder in Medicasecure company which brings medical data in order, with a vision to create an easy to operate app.

She values conviviality and a strong network. Her interests include architecture, design, and the latest trends in furniture and art. Sailing is also one of her passions; as a member of the GLCR Luxembourg club, her boating license allows her to explore the seas in search of dream destinations.
